Dataset for "Collision of two action potentials in a single excitable cell"

This data set contains electrophysiological recordings from excitable plant cells (Chara Braunii). The experiments were conducted in order to understand if two action potentials penetrate or annihilate when they meet head on. A short description of the data including plotted measurements (controls and collision experiments) is provided in the file "1_data_overview.pdf". The raw data are contained in "1_raw_data.zip".
