Data from: Fluid flow and amyloid transport and aggregation in the Brain Interstitial Space

This data accompanies the paper entitled Fluid flow and amyloid transport and aggregation in the Brain Interstitial Space. The zip archive contains the results of Lattice Boltzmann Molecular Dynamics simulations of the systems investigated and presented in the manuscript. Computational Fluid Dynamics data are in VTK format. Molecular Dynamics trajectories are in XYZ format.本数据集配套发表于题为《脑间质空间中的流体流动、淀粉样蛋白转运与聚集》的研究论文。该压缩包包含本论文中所研究并展示的各类系统的格子玻尔兹曼分子动力学（Lattice Boltzmann Molecular Dynamics）模拟结果。其中计算流体动力学数据采用VTK格式存储，分子动力学轨迹采用XYZ格式存储。
