Investigation of the effect of gamma ray treatment on phenotype and gene mutation in Italian ryegrass.

Gamma rays were treated with 50 Gy on Italian ryegrass(Loliium multiflorum) seeds. 'CD33' is phenotype with many branches, 'DN43' is high production of seeds type , and the 'Dwarf' is short height phenotype.Total RNA was extracted from leaves 1 week old after germination using the Beniprep Super Plant Total RNA kit. After DNase treatment, an RNAseq library was constructed. The production of RNAseq data used the Nova-Seq 6000 platform and was performed with PE 100bp.
