2018 Analysis of ITS microbial composition in leaf tissues of micropropagated pecan trees

ITS microbiome analysis of leaf tissues from micropropagated pecan trees that were fully and deficit watered. The microbiota of 16 micropropagated pecan trees were analyzed. The leaf microbial composition between fully and deficit watered micropropagated pecan trees was compared.本数据集针对经充分供水与亏缺供水处理的微繁殖薄壳山核桃树的叶片组织，采用内转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer, ITS）标记开展微生物组分析。共对16株微繁殖薄壳山核桃树的叶片微生物群进行了分析，并比较了充分供水与亏缺供水处理的微繁殖薄壳山核桃树之间的叶片微生物群落组成差异。
