资源简介:
The study evaluates the impact of state programs supporting innovative entrepreneurship on the economies of Central Asian countries, with a focus on Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. A multidisciplinary approach was applied, integrating econometric modeling, comparative policy analysis, and qualitative assessments. The study used data from 2010 to 2023, incorporating key indicators such as the share of innovative enterprises, R&D investment, high-tech exports, and competitiveness indices. A multiple regression model assessed the relationship between government and economic growth. Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan exhibit higher innovation performance due to comprehensive policy measures, increased R&D spending, and technology park initiatives. In contrast, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan face institutional infrastructure and funding constraints, limiting their economic progress. The regression analysis indicates that R&D investment significantly impacts GDP growth, while competitiveness and export performance remain critical factors. The findings highlight the necessity for enhanced innovation policies: increased R&D expenditure and stronger international collaboration to foster sustainable economic growth. The study provides a structured evaluation of state-led innovation policies in Central Asia. Offering empirical insights to refine regional strategies for promoting entrepreneurship and economic development.
