GreenGenes v13-8 OTU IDs and taxonomy for OTUs present in NOD mice gavaged with vehicle for 14 days not found in the same animals at baseline (n= 3 samples per time-point).

本数据集包含社交行为减退小鼠的共享操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Units, OTU），该类小鼠涵盖经NOD微生物群移植的NOD_vehicle组与C57BL/6小鼠。数据集收录GreenGenes v13-8版本的OTU编号与分类学信息，对应OTU为经赋形剂灌胃14天的NOD小鼠中检出、但在对应个体的基线阶段未检出的OTU，每个时间点设置3份样本。
