Comparative transcriptome data of Cymbopogon species

This submission includes two projects:(1) This project aims to characterize the gene expression profiles in response to abiotic stresses and stress-related hormones of Cymbopogon flexuosus;(2) The second project aims to assemble PacBio Iso-seq full length transcriptome of Cymbopogon winterianus, which is useful for regular RNA-seq analysis of this species in the future.
