13 US strawberry whole genome sequencing

13 US cultivars of strawberries were sequenced with the Illumina platform. The sequences were used to build a web-based resource, which can aid genetic marker development and future CRISPR gRNA design in strawberries. The 13 cultivars are 'Albion', 'Brilliance', 'Cabrillo', 'Camarosa', 'Chandler', 'Moxie', 'Monterey', 'Fronteras', 'Finn', 'Portola', 'Radiance', 'Ruby June', 'Sensation'.
