Data description: The datasets contain DNA single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker data and disease phenotyping data for barley populations segregating for resistance to net form net blotch. The data was obtained by targeted genotyping-by-sequencing (tGBS) and from an Illumina Infinium Wheat Barley 40K v 1 BeadChip.
