Filtered Mapped NCIT Ontology Terms for AnnotatedBCGEData

These are the files that AnnotatedBCGEData pulls when searching datasets, called by the searchForDatasets function. This removed the comments column, added a code column, and read the data into a tsv. Newest version changed format, split lines based on values.
