WMS INSPIRE BPL On the village (plan of origin)

WMS service of the urban development plan “On the village (origin plan)” of the municipality of Karlsdorf-Neuthard, transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.卡尔茨多夫-诺伊塔尔市《乡村（原规划）》城市发展规划的WMS（Web地图服务），以5.0版本的XPlanung数据集为基础，并依据欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范完成了数据转换。
