The CDP-choline pathway is the main pathway for the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine (PC) in mammals, and phosphatidylcholine cytidine transferaseα(CCTα) is an important rate-limiting enzyme in the CDP-choline pathway. In this study, the effects of CCTα on lipid droplet size and phospholipid synthesis was studied by knockout and overexpression of CCTα gene in bovine mammary epithelial cells (BMECs).CDP-胆碱途径（CDP-choline pathway）是哺乳动物体内合成磷脂酰胆碱（phosphatidylcholine，PC）的主要途径，而磷脂酰胆碱胞苷转移酶α（CCTα）是该途径中关键的限速酶。本研究通过敲除与过表达牛乳腺上皮细胞（BMECs）中的CCTα基因，探究了CCTα对脂滴大小及磷脂合成的影响。
