RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) Analysis Reveals the Changes of Gene Expression in Astrocyte Caused by Iron Overload（Control5 and FAC1-3）

The human astrocytic cell line was treated with 3.13 μM ammonium ferric citrate (FAC) or vehicle, and the RNA sequencing analysis were used to observe iron overload-mediated gene expression in the Control group and the FAC group.
This data set contains the RNA-seq raw data for Control5 and FAC1-3.

本研究将人星形胶质细胞系分别以3.13 μM柠檬酸铁铵（ammonium ferric citrate，FAC）或溶剂对照处理，随后通过RNA测序分析，观察对照组与FAC组中铁过载介导的基因表达情况。本数据集包含Control5与FAC1-3样本的RNA-seq原始数据。
