Electrical apprentice masculinity dataset

What level of awareness do men have about the experience of the construction environment for the electrical apprentices who identify as women. The participation level of women in the electrical apprenticeship has been consistently around 2.8% since the 1980's despite many initiatives to encourage women into the industry. The data will be collected through individual interviews with 11-12 male apprentices, the interviews will be recorded and interpreted in a way to paint a picture of the mens understanding of the construction industry for female apprentices.男性对认同女性身份的电气学徒的建筑从业环境体验具备何种认知水平？自20世纪80年代以来，尽管出台多项鼓励女性投身该行业的举措，女性在电气学徒项目中的参与占比始终维持在2.8%左右。本数据集将通过对11至12名男性学徒开展个别访谈采集数据，访谈内容将被记录并解读，以呈现男性群体对女性电气学徒建筑从业环境的认知全貌。
