Exploring the diversiy of scab-causing Streptomyces species and strains found in the Lac Saint-Jean area

In this study, we isolated many Streptomyces strains from scab-infected potato tubers collected in commercial potato fields located in the Lac Saint-Jean area. The goal of thus project is to enhance our understanding of the populations causing the disease in this specific area and to study the genes and clusters associated with potato common scab.
