Heterodera carotae genome sequencing and assembly

The goal of this study is to provide a genome assembly and annotation for the plant-parasitic nematode Heterodera carotae. There are limited genetic resources for this nematode and this assembly would be the 3rd genome in this very important plant-parasitic nematode genus.本研究旨在为植物寄生线虫胡萝卜胞囊线虫（Heterodera carotae）提供基因组组装与注释。该线虫的现有遗传资源较为匮乏，而本次组装的基因组将成为这一极为重要的植物寄生线虫属的第三个基因组。
