Reviewing protocol of SLR on Antecedents of Expatriates Going Abroad

This is a review protocol outlining the steps of a systematic literature review on the antecedents influencing the decision of assignment self-initiated expatriates to go abroad. The review included academic literature, and the collection and analysis of data took place from May to August 2024.本综述方案（review protocol）阐述了一项针对影响自主外派人员（self-initiated expatriates）做出出国任职决策的前置影响因素的系统文献综述（systematic literature review）的实施步骤。本次综述纳入学术类文献，数据收集与分析工作于2024年5月至8月期间开展。
