1.The file names (txt) and raw SERS spectra (cvs) obtained from the control and test lines of lateral flow tests run with serum samples spiked with different concentrations of K18. This data built the calibration curve used to find the concentration of K18 in patient samples for Study A. Each concentration was carried out in triplicate. Each cvs file contains 3 measurements of the control line and 3 measurements of the test line
2. Study A raw SERS spectra (csv and json files) obtained from the test and control lines of a lateral flow test run with patient serum. Study A consists of 100 samples, run 3 times by 3 different users. The metadata is contained in the files.
