This dataset is the supporting data for the publication by Hyun et al. in Phys. Rev. Materials 'Strong magneto-optical enhancement and magnetic anisotropy tuning inCe-substituted yttrium iron garnet films grown in argon and oxygen'. It contains the data plotted to create each figure in text format as well as the scripts used to process XPS Fe 2p data.本数据集为Hyun等人发表于《物理评论材料》（Phys. Rev.
