The structure of Ge-Ga-Te alloys was investigated by high-energy XRD and neutron diffraction, and in the frame of the inhouse time the extended x-ray fine structure will be investigated. To generate large scale atomic models compatible with all experimental datasets reverse Monte Carlo simulation technique will be used. The aim is to reveal the coordination of the Ge, Ga and Te atoms.
