Tanzania Precipitation and Vegetation Analysis

Work for a project in collaboration with PhD students. This folder contains: A csv formatted array of monthly precipitation values (mm) recorded at 11 stations over the coastal region of Tanzania. (This file is also online at my personal website, and it is that location from which the iPython notebook will look for the data.) An iPython Notebook, which contains the workflow to process the csv data. Much of the heavy-lifting is done in Pandas. Several pub-quality pdf figures saved as output from the Notebook. I this repo and its contents are citable with a doi provided by Figshare.

本项目与博士研究生协同完成。本文件夹包含以下内容：一份以逗号分隔值（CSV）格式存储的月降水量数据数组，单位为毫米（mm），采集自坦桑尼亚沿海地区的11个气象站点。该数据文件亦可在我的个人网站获取，此路径即为iPython Notebook调取该数据的目标位置。一份iPython Notebook，其中包含处理上述CSV数据的完整工作流，大部分繁重的数据处理任务均借助Pandas库完成。若干份达到出版级质量的PDF格式图表，均由该Notebook运行输出。本代码仓库及其全部内容均可通过Figshare提供的数字对象标识符（DOI）进行引用。
