This paper documents the deterministic resolution of the Traveling Salesperson Problem (TSP), a classical NP-Hard challenge, using the ADH-LOGIC v9.5 engine on an ESP32-S3 embedded environment. Without any AI intervention, the pure hardware lattice-impact logic emitted the optimal path of 860km within a fixed latency of 402ms. The results demonstrate "Numerical Solidification," where all computational nodes converge to the identical value, establishing a new sovereign benchmark for deterministic hardware computing. This physical evidence marks the end of the probabilistic approximation era and announces the beginning of the hardware-based deterministic rectification era.
