Development plan Lokstedt 38-Hoheluft-West 11 1st amendment Hamburg

Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on the Lokstedt 38/Hoheluft-West 11 development plan of 4 June 1974 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 208) is replaced by the following: The following provisions shall apply to the execution of the development plan: 1. In addition to the garages below ground level specified in the plan, other garages below ground level are also permitted on the non-convertible parts of building plots, provided that dormancy and gardens are not significantly impaired. 2.
