Sequencing profiling of PRRSV JXwn06 RdRP mutant viruses

PRRSV JXwn06 RdRP structure simulated by AF2 was aligned with the solved CVB3 polymerase structure, and the potential residues affecting the fidelity of viral replication were marked. Mutating these residues in infectious clone and rescuing the site-directed mutant strain. The mutant strains recombination junction and accumulation of mutations were analyzed through NGS.
