AC_Chamber_6_Soil_temperature_0.05m

Soil temperature is measured in 5, 10 and 30 cm adjacent to chamber 6 in a continous fen. The soil temperature sensors were installed in 2010 and record the temperature every fifth minute during the growing season, while methane fluxes are measured at the Automatic Chamber station. During winter when no fluxes are measured at the site the soil temperature is measured every hour. Blank cells are missing data.

本数据集的土壤温度监测布设于一片常年性泥炭沼泽中6号通量箱周边的5 cm、10 cm及30 cm深度处。土壤温度传感器于2010年布设完成，在植物生长季内以每5分钟1次的频率采集温度数据；同期，自动通量箱站点同步开展甲烷通量观测。当冬季站点无甲烷通量观测任务时，土壤温度的采集频率调整为每小时1次。表格中的空白单元格代表缺失数据。
