Phyre was used to model proteins of unknown function. Two structural models with the highest alignment accuracies and their respective protein templates are listed for each query. The RCSB Protein database indentification (PDB) is given for each template. 本研究利用Phyre工具对功能未知的蛋白质开展结构建模。针对每个查询序列,均列出了比对准确率最高的两种结构模型及其对应的蛋白质模板。每个模板均标注了其RCSB蛋白质数据库(RCSB Protein Database)标识号(即PDB编号)。其中,Hyp代表假设蛋白(hypothetical)、Conf代表置信度(confidence)、Id代表序列一致性(identity)、aa代表氨基酸(amino acids)。本数据集为肺炎克雷伯菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae,简称K. pneumoniae)假设蛋白的Phyre结构预测结果。
