Harquahala Cemetery Arizona Site Steward File

This is an Arizona Site Steward file for Harquahala Cemetery, comprised of more than 40 graves, located on Bureau of Land Management land. The cemetery is associated with a mining town, with its own archaeological features and artifacts, near the Harquahala Mine, which operated continuously between 1888 and 1900. Most graves are unmarked, although others are covered by a rock pile or concrete slab or marked with a wooden cross.

The file consists of site data form, historic site survey record form, Arizona State Museum archaeological site card, and two maps of the site location. The earliest dated document is from 1993.
