Objective: To estimate the minimal detectable change (MDC) of the Geriatric Depression Scale-15 (GDS-15). Study Design and Setting: Data from an individual participant data meta-analysis on depression screening were used to estimate MDC using 1.41 (MDC67) and 2.77 (MDC95) standard errors of measurement (SEM). Subgroup analyses were used to evaluate differences by participant age and sex and meta-regression for study-level variables, including mean age, proportion male, proportion with major depression, and recruitment setting.
研究目标:估算老年抑郁量表15项版(Geriatric Depression Scale-15, GDS-15)的最小可检测变化量(minimal detectable change, MDC)。研究设计与数据来源:本研究采用一项针对抑郁筛查的个体参与者数据Meta分析(individual participant data meta-analysis)数据集,分别以1.41倍测量标准误(standard errors of measurement, SEM,对应MDC67)与2.77倍SEM(对应MDC95)估算MDC。亚组分析用于评估受试者年龄与性别带来的组间差异,并通过元回归(meta-regression)分析研究层面变量,包括平均年龄、男性占比、重度抑郁患者占比及招募场景。
