Photovoltaic zones in grassland according to §20 NÖ ROG 2014

Zones defined in the sectoral spatial planning programme on photovoltaic systems in grassland in Lower Austria (NÖ SekROP PV), Lower Austria LGBl No 94/2022 — Issued on 22. December 2022 pursuant to Section 20(3c) of the NÖ ROG 2014, in which the dedication to ‘Grünland Photovoltaic Plants’ on an area of more than 2 ha is permitted. This means that the dedication type of grassland photovoltaic systems (Gpv) by the municipalities is still to be determined according to the usual dedication process (amendment of the local spatial planning programme). M.a.W.: The zones are an offer to the municipalities for Gpv-Widmung and thus NO free letter for the construction of large-scale PV systems! The 116 PV zones are shown in map systems to the NÖ LGBl. in the format DIN A3 in scale 1:5,000.下奥地利州草地光伏系统部门空间规划方案（NÖ SekROP PV）所划定的光伏区域，对应《下奥地利州州公报（LGBl）》第94/2022号文件。该方案于2022年12月22日依据《2014年下奥地利州空间规划法》（NÖ ROG 2014）第20条第3c款发布，其中允许在面积超过2公顷的地块上开展“草地光伏电站”用地划拨。 这意味着各自治市对于草地光伏系统（Grassland Photovoltaic Systems, Gpv）的用地划拨类型，仍需依照常规用地划拨流程（即修订本地空间规划方案）予以确定。 换言之：上述区域仅为各自治市开展草地光伏用地划拨提供了政策框架，并非大型光伏电站建设的免审批绿色通道！ 本次划定的116个光伏区域，以DIN A3幅面、1:5000比例尺的地图形式刊载于下奥地利州州公报配套的地图系统中。
