Controls (unstranded RNASeq): Response to S. mansoni infection in resistance-selected snails

B. glabrata and S. mansoni were collected on the island of Guadeloupe, West Indies. We selected for resistance by challenging snails with S. mansoni miracidia. Fine-mapping and RNA-Seq characterization reveal a region, the Guadeloupe Resistance Complex (GRC). We perform RNAseq on challenged and unchallenged reesistance-seleceted snails of various GRC genotypes.
