Annecy Phytoplankton Species List

Species list for Lake Annecy phytoplankton data referenced with Algaebase. Original names of all taxa found in the data provider’s lake, across all years. Taxa may be of varying resolution (e.g., just genus, genus and species, family, family plus size group, etc.). Algaebase names of all taxa are also included and whether they match the original names.

本数据集为安纳西湖（Lake Annecy）浮游植物数据的物种名录，以藻基数据库（Algaebase）作为参照标引依据。其涵盖所有调查年份中数据提供方所辖湖泊内检出的全部分类单元的原始名称，分类单元的分类阶元精细程度存在差异，例如仅鉴定至属、属与种、科、科结合类群尺寸分组等场景。同时收录所有分类单元对应的藻基数据库标准名称，以及该标准名称与原始名称的匹配情况。
