IODP Expedition 362 Titration

Various chemical constituents (most commonly chloride) were measured by titration using either an autotitrator (chloride) or a manual titrator (other compounds). Chloride was measured by ion-selective electrode and a silver nitrate titration until all chloride is bound as silver chloride.本数据集采用滴定法对多种化学成分进行测定，其中最常见的检测组分为氯化物。针对氯化物的检测使用自动滴定仪（autotitrator），针对其他化合物的检测则采用手动滴定仪（manual titrator）。此外，氯化物还可通过离子选择性电极（ion-selective electrode）结合硝酸银滴定法进行测定，直至所有氯化物均转化为氯化银（silver chloride）。
