Bait sets for Atlantic salmon, Atlantic cod and Tiger shark

Bait sets for Atlantic salmon, Atlantic cod and Tiger Shark, in FASTA file format. Each line string starting with ">" corresponds to the name of the contig/chromosome/linkage group where the bait sequence is designed from, followed by the base pairs where the bait sequence starts and ends. For salmon/cod, we include 20 extra sequences for the Random regions.本数据集包含大西洋鲑鱼（Atlantic salmon）、大西洋鳕鱼（Atlantic cod）及虎鲨（Tiger Shark）的诱饵探针集，存储格式为FASTA文件。每条以“>”开头的字符串，代表设计该诱饵探针序列所依据的重叠群（contig）、染色体或连锁群的名称，其后跟随该诱饵序列的起始与终止碱基对位置。针对大西洋鲑鱼与大西洋鳕鱼，本数据集额外纳入20条随机区域序列。
