PEDAGOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPING THE PRACTICAL COMPETENCE OF LISTENERS

This article provides a scientific-theoretical analysis of the pedagogical and psychological features of developing the practical competence of listeners enrolled at the regional centers for retraining and professional development of higher education personnel. The study reveals the foundations of the competence-based approach, the specific patterns of adult education (andragogy), and the role of motivational-volitional and cognitive processes in the formation of practical skills. According to the results of the empirical research, the combined use of interactive methods, reflective exercises, and case-study technology significantly enhances the practical competence of listeners. Based on the obtained results, scientific and methodological recommendations aimed at improving the professional development process have been developed.本文针对高等教育从业人员再培训与职业发展区域中心参训学员实践能力培育的教育学与心理学特征展开科学理论分析。本研究阐明了能力本位教育法（competence-based approach）的理论基础、成人教育学（andragogy）的特有规律，以及动机意志与认知过程在实践技能养成中的作用。根据实证研究结果，交互式教学方法、反思性练习与案例研究技术的综合运用，可显著提升参训学员的实践能力。基于上述研究成果，本研究制定了旨在优化职业发展培训流程的科学方法论指导建议。
