1. 仅保留新南威尔士州州界范围内的记录；
2. 仅保留具备"extinguish_date（熄灭日期）"与"ignition_date（起火日期）"已知属性的记录。

"duration（持续时长）"为衍生计算属性，由"extinguish_date（熄灭日期）"与"ignition_date（起火日期）"计算得出，具体计算公式为：
持续时长（天）= 熄灭日期 – 起火日期 + 1
