Interpolated moment-masked data (DHT08, DHT17, DHT31, DHT33, DHT36)

The processing followed the interpolation scheme of Dame et al. (2001): \"interpolated. In each spectrum, <= 2 missing channels are filled by linear interpolation. In each spatial plane, single missing pixels are filled by linear interpolation, first in l direction, then b.\" and the moment-masking scheme of Dame (2011).
