Enhancing the Effectiveness of Combinatorial Therapy Against Breast Cancer Through an Integrative Systems Biology Approach

This thesis looks into better ways to treat breast cancer by addressing drug resistance and side effects. It explores two approaches: giving drugs in a specific order, and using several drugs at low doses. By combining lab experiment with computer modelling, the study shows that both methods can control cancer cell growth effectively while being less harmful to healthy cells. It also shows how timing and dosage affect how cancer cells respond. These insights could help shape more targeted, safer treatments that improve outcomes for people with breast cancer.
