The trajectories are in matlab files named X_movie_#.mat (where X is the strain/treament). They contain the xy coordinates and angle of each fly within the arena, as well as major and minor axes estimates. A file named "normalization.mat" contains the arenas xy coordinate centers and radius (in pixels) of each arena. There are file parts to the tar.gz datafile. In linux go to the download folder and run: cat SchneiderLevine.parta? > SchneiderLevine2014.tar.gz
