Protein-FN数据集是一个专门为蛋白质功能预测、基序识别和发现等生物学任务设计的蛋白质功能数据集。它包含了来自蛋白质数据库PDB的9014个蛋白质的多样化1D氨基酸序列、3D蛋白质结构以及功能性质。这些蛋白质经过生物专家团队的检查，分为六类：蛋白酶、激酶、受体、碳酸酐酶、磷酸酶和异构酶。其中，激酶、磷酸酶、蛋白酶和受体在信号传导中扮演关键角色，大多数药物都作用于参与信号传导的蛋白质。异构酶和碳酸酐酶虽然不直接参与信号传导途径，但它们催化的反应至关重要。

The Protein-FN dataset is a protein function dataset designed specifically for biological tasks such as protein function prediction, motif identification, and discovery. It contains diverse 1D amino acid sequences, 3D protein structures, and functional properties of 9014 proteins sourced from the Protein Data Bank (PDB). These proteins have been carefully examined by a team of biological experts and are categorized into six classes: protease, kinase, receptor, carbonic anhydrase, phosphatase, and isomerase. Kinases, phosphatases, proteases, and receptors play essential roles in signal transduction, and most drugs target proteins involved in these pathways. Isomerases and carbonic anhydrases are enzymes not directly involved in signal transduction pathways but catalyze critical reactions.
