These data include called SNP variants of the Patagonian foundation tree species <em>Nothofagus pumilio</em>. Data for 502 individual tree samples are included: 496 adult trees and 6 replicates. variants-gatk_haplotypecaller_SNP_raw.vcf.gz and .tbi are raw called variants. variants-gatk_haplotypecaller_SNP.vcf.gz and .tbi are leniently quality filtered using best practice thresholds.
