This dataset includes both simulated and experimentally measured scattering parameters (S-parameters) obtained from an antenna-based temperature sensor operating in the microwave frequency range. The simulation data were generated using full-wave electromagnetic modeling in Ansys HFSS (High-Frequency Structure Simulator) to predict the sensor\u2019s resonant response during the design. The measurement data were acquired using a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) under controlled laboratory temperature conditions to validate the performance and temperature-sensing capability of the proposed sensor. Each dataset contains both magnitude and phase information for S\u2081\u2081, S\u2081\u2082, S\u2082\u2081, and S\u2082\u2082 across a defined frequency sweep. The combined dataset enables comparative analysis between modeled and real-world sensor behavior and supports research on chipless RFID\/antenna-based sensing, and temperature-dependent electromagnetic characterization.
