Differentially expressed genes (DEGs) detected in the comparison within the scab-resistant cultivar 'Greensis' at 72 hours after inoculation with <em>Venturia nashicola</em>. The abbreviation 'G' denotes 'Greensis', and the numerical value following the abbreviation represents the time in hours after inouclation with <em>V. nashicola</em>. The expression levels of each DEG were quantified as fragments per kilobase of exon pear million mapped fragments (FPKM) and log₂-fold change (FC).
