A hospital-level intraocular lens demand and inventory dataset for cataract surgery planning

This dataset contains 24 months of hospital-level cataract surgery activity, outpatient attendance, and intraocular lens inventory movement from Chevron Eye Hospital & Research Centre, Chattogram, Bangladesh, covering January 2024 to December 2025. For each month it records outpatient numbers, SICS and phacoemulsification surgery counts, and, for 28 IOL products, the opening stock, purchases, units used, closing stock, and unit price. Alongside the two de-identified raw workbooks, it includes processed CSV tables, a data dictionary, and the Python script that builds them, so the results can be reproduced. No patient-identifiable information is included.本数据集涵盖孟加拉国吉大港市雪佛龙眼科医院与研究中心（Chevron Eye Hospital & Research Centre）2024年1月至2025年12月共24个月的医院级白内障手术诊疗数据、门诊就诊量及人工晶状体（intraocular lens, IOL）库存流动情况。每月统计指标包括门诊就诊人次、小切口白内障手术（Small Incision Cataract Surgery, SICS）与超声乳化白内障吸除术（phacoemulsification）的手术量；针对28款人工晶状体产品，额外记录了期初库存、采购总量、使用量、期末库存及单品单价。本数据集附带两份去标识化原始工作簿，同时包含处理后的CSV表格、数据字典及用于生成该数据集的Python脚本，可保障研究结果可复现。数据集未包含任何可识别患者身份的信息。
