To address the contradiction between security\/trustworthiness and real-time efficiency in edge computing for light industry production line equipment, and achieve synergistic optimization of multiple performance indicators, this paper proposes a multi-performance coupling architecture based on the ItsukuPoW consensus mechanism and edge computing. First, a three-tier production line edge computing model (perception layer, edge layer, cloud layer) is constructed, defining five core performance indicators: real-time performance, bandwidth utilization, security strength, energy efficiency, and collaboration efficiency. Second, a multi-performance coupling optimization problem model is established, whose NP-hard nature is proven via reduction, and transformed into a potential game to verify the existence of Nash equilibrium, followed by the design of a distributed coupling optimization algorithm. Finally, based on experimental data from complex automated packaging production lines, the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through multi-dimensional comparative experiments. The results show that when the number of devices is 50 and the load intensity is 350 products\/hour, the scheme achieves a response time as low as 181 ms, a data compression rate of 62%, an attack cost increased to 64\u00d710\u2075, an average power consumption controlled at 3.92W\/h, and a production cycle shortened to 180.2 s. It realizes synergistic optimization of security, efficiency, and low energy consumption, providing a new approach for trusted edge computing in Industry 4.0.
