资源简介:
This dataset contains anonymized EEG recordings and markers from 35 participants who took part in the study. The dataset is organized in BIDS format and includes .eeg, .vhdr, and .vmrk files, which are compatible with the BrainVision software, FieldTrip, EEGLAB, and other commonly used EEG analysis toolboxes. The study methods required participants to complete a single session, which all participants successfully did. Three participants were reinvited for an additional session due to technical issues and difficulties at falling asleep in the EEG lab, resulting in multiple sessions for these individuals. In some cases, recordings were temporarily interrupted during participant's bathroom breaks and subsequently restarted, resulting in multiple runs within a session. All participants completed a single-session pre-sleep meditation and visual stimulation protocol aimed at facilitating and detecting unusual bodily experiences and altered states of consciousness during sleep. The protocol consisted of training phase, which combined square breathing, body scan meditation, and light cueing, followed by a morning nap phase (details of the protocol are available at: https://doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/wf7zs). All procedures were conducted in the EEG lab within a shielded room. Subjective experiences were gathered using questionnaires, open experience reports and an adapted version of the micro-phenomenology interview technique.
