Generation of waste by hazardousness

<p>This indicator measures all waste generated in a country. Major mineral wastes, dredging spoils and soils are included. This leads to high quantities of waste in some countries with substantial economic activities such as mining and construction.</p>

本指标用于统计一国境内产生的全部废弃物，涵盖主要矿业废弃物、疏浚弃土及土壤类废弃物。对于存在采矿、建筑等大规模经济活动的部分国家而言，该指标所统计的废弃物总量将处于较高水平。
