Under the provisions of the Workers' Compensation Act 1915, and the Rules and Regulations, registers were required to be kept for particulars of cases under the Workers' Compensation Act.When any case was listed for hearing, the Registrar was required to furnish the Insurance Commissioner, State Accident Insurance Office with the following particulars:- Names of parties involved- Nature of action,- Amount claimed, and- Date of hearing,
依据1915年《工人赔偿法》（Workers' Compensation Act 1915）及相关规章之规定，需留存工人赔偿法项下案件的详细信息登记册。当任一案件被排期聆讯时，登记官（Registrar）须向州事故保险办公室（State Accident Insurance Office）的保险专员（Insurance Commissioner）提供如下案件详情：

- 诉讼性质
- 索赔金额
- 聆讯日期
