To identify genes from bladder urothelium that are affected after acute bacterial infection RNA-seq analysis of female mouse bladder mucosal layer. Experiment group consists of these that were infected with UPEC bacterial strain UTI89. Mice inoculated with phospho-buffer saline were used as negative controls.
