This data package contains raw light response curves of mature leaves from 26 individuals, distributed among 18 species with different canopy positions, and leaf traits (LMA, N, P, and NSC) from Manaus-Brazil (June-November 2019). Branches were cut from the tree and re-cut under water. All measurements were made using (Li-6400XT, Li-Cor®, Lincoln, USA) under standard environmental conditions. Also, have data from an experiment with 13CO2 using a combined method with Licor 6400XT and Picarro. The experiment was conducted with one tropical species and measured the concentration of ¹³CO2 and ¹²CO2 to estimate rates of leaf respiration. All the files included in this data package are in .csv format with additional metadata spreadsheets in Excel file formats. 本数据集包包含26个个体的成熟叶片原始光响应曲线,这些个体隶属于18个物种且覆盖不同冠层位置,同时附带2019年6月至11月采集自巴西马瑙斯的叶片性状数据,性状指标包括比叶重(Leaf Mass per Area, LMA)、氮含量(N)、磷含量(P)以及非结构性碳水化合物(Non-Structural Carbohydrates, NSC)。
实验开展前,先从植株上截取枝条,随后在水下对枝条切口进行二次修剪。所有测量工作均使用美国林肯市Li-Cor®公司生产的Li-6400XT便携式光合作用测量系统,在标准环境条件下完成。
本数据集还包含一项联用Li-Cor 6400XT与Picarro仪器开展的13CO2同位素标记实验数据:该实验选取一种热带物种作为研究对象,通过测定13CO2与12CO2的浓度,估算叶片呼吸速率。
本数据集包含的所有数据文件均为.csv格式,同时附带Excel格式的元数据表格。本数据集最初发布于NGEE Tropics Archive数据库,目前已在ESS-DIVE平台完成镜像存档以实现长期留存。
