This record supports the study "Physics-informed spectrum-aware inverse design of large PMUT arrays". It contains the processed 300,000-sample ROI10 frequency-response cache, 64-bin point-set radial-spectrum cache, centered-subarray cache, train/validation/test predictions and metrics, held-out and common-designer inverse-design outputs, selected FEM-validation data, numerical source data for the reported figures and tables, and scripts for integrity checks and statistical/figure regeneration. Version 2 adds the 150-case joint-holdout validation, direct and retrieval baselines, finite-library scaling, generated-mask novelty and repeated-seed diversity, spectrum-loss sensitivity, and amortized response-to-spectrum inversion. The full raw MATLAB sample archive and complete COMSOL model collection are not included because of their size and proprietary-software requirements; they are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
